I am a dedicated clinical mental health counselor serving individuals, couples, and children. I work from a multicultural lens and am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered. My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which explores the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies to shift them—so you can feel more in control, more confident, and more aligned with your personal goals.
